review 1: I read this book in conjunction with an online course taught by the authors. On the whole, I definitely appreciated some of their ideas and approaches to scaling a business successfully. However, the style of the book/research, excessively example-driven, got to be a bit repetitive. It also sometimes felt that they were extracting lessons from a solitary example, which didn't inspire confidence in the universality of the insight. Overall: worth reading if you're trying to grow a business.

Difficult to read, too academic. I did not manage to complete more than 1/3 of it.
