Gostei do livro.
review 2: The fifth book. It started slow for me and as the story progresses I got tired of the secrets and lies that heroine has to endure. For hero's character something is lacking. Why is it every time a hero sees a heroine they fall for her easily. I got tired of the same scenario of every HR book I read. It is the same for heroine who is supposed to be heartbroken from her previous love. I just wanted a different feeling when an h/h meet. Well inspite that, the story progressed well. I think the heroine is very stubborn on understanding the situation and very judgemental of her about the hero. As the story goes, I loved jokes and witty remarks of the other cast. I loved Lord Stoneville and I do hopw he has story. As the story goes to the revealing and forgiving part of the story it endded nicely. It made me think as I finished the book, that liked it. In spite of so mysteries and lies. I am giving it a 4 stars. less

I actually really enjoyed this book. The first few in the series I was disappointed in. They were ok but nothing special. This book was fantastic. The twists and turns in the plot were well placed. Diego had a haunting past and all he wanted to do was it make right, no matter the cost. It's almost too late before he realizes that it doesn't matter if you have a house with no one to share it with. Lucy thinks her life was normal and held no mystery until Diego came along and showed her that she might have family and what she believed may be false. I am anxious to see what happens with Mrs. Harris and 'Cousin Michael' in the next book! Great read though!
