review 1: By the end of the book I loved the story line. But honestly the entire terrorism plot bothered me a little. I am not even sure why. Maybe a little to close to reality right now? The characters are great and interesting with an even more interesting twist on the "fallen angel" and "vampire" stories. The "near-sex" is even hotter than the actual sex in this book. Once again Sandra Hill does not disappoint.
review 2: So I loved the first book and thought I would love this one until I read that Trond was going to be a SEAL... The problem I have there is that I read so many of Sandra Hill's SEAL books in a row that I don't care to read about another SEAL again, ever. I even started reading this book a second time just because it was so forgettable that I forgot I al... moreready read it. Reading the third book now and it's taken 100 pages to really start getting my attention so we'll see. less
