review 1: Nice short story, I enjoyed this story more than the authors long stories. We have a bit of everything, especially jealousy. What can I say I find a character that gets jealous very sexy (mind you not stalking jealous). This story is basically where an accident which at first appears disastrous leads us down paths we didn't expect. Everything happens for a reason, and the best relationships are based on friendship.Note I would have loved if the bastard ex got what he deserved, but true to form we rarely see that happen in real life.
review 2: I loved this short friends-to-lovers story. Derek is an up and coming college athlete with the world ahead of him. He is out and proud with a very supportive family and a gorgeous boyfriend. It's obvious to everyone exc
... moreept for Derek, however, that his boyfriend is only using him to make a name for himself. After the millionth time his boyfriend made a press announcement about Derek's personal life, I was like, come on already, dude! Wake up!I really enjoyed this story even though it was a little predictable. Ford was a fantastic best friend and Derek's family was pretty amazing. less
