review 1: I think this is the best book in the series. Some much has happened when Harper, Jackson, Lea, and Mary Anne entered into the Shadow World. So they all go to the Underground, which has a whole community of shadow demons who are trying to fight against the Order. Not gonna happen. I don't want to spoil anyone. But I really love this series and if you are reading this and haven't read it yet. Why haven't you started reading yet?!!
review 2: Poor Harper, just as she thinks she has escaped one danger, another one is just ahead. Now in the land of the shadows she has to fight for survival. Seeking the protection she needs comes at a cost, she and Jackson cannot be together. Lots of angst in this book, especially when Lea is around. Harper begins to train herself sec... moreretly and she learns that she's a lot more powerful than she realised. Plenty of action in this book, moments of romance, well written characters and witty dialogue made this a very fun read. Not to mention the MAJOR plot twist at the end. I can't wait for the next book in the series. less
