review 1: Not as catching as the first book but still really good. We not only meet Tink's sister Hannah but also their parents, and together Tink, Hannah and their mother are a hoot-and-a-holler and more than capable of handling what might come their way. After meeting them I'm eager to meet their middle sister Tansy in the next book. The ending of this book was a conclusion for the first but I was slightly disapointed that it didn't lead right into the third. However I loved how both J'kar and Borj were deemed 'potent son-of-a-bitch'(es) after both Tink and Hannah end up pregnant with twins, only wish that we knew what gender Tink was having. 4 Stars!
review 2: I've read the first book, it was ok but this one is meh. It was poorly written and Hannah keeps getting on
... moremy nerves and for her so called "warrior", he was USELESS, he did not even get to rescue her..SHE RESCUED HERSELF. WHAT AN UTTER DUMBASS. Protector my ass,The author seemed desperate making Bachmann the villain. I thought he was some useless annoying character. And I do not buy the idea of J'Kar not executing him immediately. He was this over possessive mate but he "forgot" to kill him? Yeah right, This was a waste of time. less
