review 1: After college graduation Melanie and her best friend Piper head to Hawaii. They have a TO DO LIST 1. To have fun; 2. To get a great tan and 3. Have a fabulous fling "Operation Get Leid". Melanie having second thoughts on the fling but Piper pushes her. When she is running after a surfer, she takes a spill and twists her ankle. Asher, a sexy doctor in his residency, comes to her rescue and the chemistry between them is nothing but hot. Can you fall for someone in two days? Melanie has fallen for Asher but Piper changes their flights to an earlier flight so Asher does not get to say goodbye. Will fate bring these two back together?This was a great short read and a first time for me reading anything published by Shelli Stevens.
review 2: I've been to Hawa... moreii but I didn't end up with my very own Hawaiian man. WOW, Asher is such a hottie and a sweetheart. The time he and Melanie spend together, although short, proves you can find your soul mate and recognize them in only a short time. Both Asher and Melanie knew it was more than a fling, but that horned BFF Piper made Melanie second guess what was really happening. Thank goodness Asher knew it was more.Very sweet, short story. less
