review 1: I won this book from Goodreads. It definitely kept me reading at a fast pace. And I enjoyed it while I read it, but ultimately it was a bit predictable and the characters were quite unidimensional. And the end was odd. While it was the right outcome, it was an overly tidy way to end given that Jenny was 11 and so close to her father throughout most of the book. I suspect I was not the right audience. I expect many people would enjoy this book without bring so critical.
