review 1: I truly enjoyed this little book which was a short story but has become an ongoing saga. It was a pleasant surprise. I happen to be a fan of this author, and have read many of her other work. So far she has not disappointed me. This story is about Mark and Scott, two students on the same campus who have a love for books. Scott is a smart, geeky, and shy kid who is gay and has yet to find true love. He is doing his undergrad work, and aspires to become a writer and illustrate his own books. Mark is working on his dissertation, well on his way to get his PHD, and wants to teach. Mark works in the library and Scott lives in the library because he cannot afford to buy the number of books he devours on a daily basis. When Mark sees Scott in the library being bullied by a footbal... morel player, Bruce, he takes issue and tells the guy to leave. He then takes the opportunity to check on the young man that he has been eying for some time. Scott cannot believe this good looking, muscled guy is really interested in him. The two have a lot in common along with the way they like to play. Mark has finally found someone that matches his needs perfectly. A relationship begins between the two only to possibly be derailed by the homophobic bully, football player, Bruce.
review 2: This was my first book by this author and I can't wait to read more. What a great short story this was. Scott and Mark make a hot couple! Sex in the library--HOT! But, this was more than just a quick fuck. They had a real connection. So, imagine my surprise when I found that this is a serial novel on the author's website. There are a total of 3 installments so far and I have read them all. I am eagerly awaiting the 4th part. There is so much depth to this story and so much still to learn about both Mark and Scott. If you have read and enjoyed the first short story, I encourage you to go to the website to read more about them. Actually, I don't need to encourage you to do just that because after the short story, you'll be dying to know what happens next with Scott and Mark. Highly recommended. less

Short, sweet, and a little bondage....in the library? I may have to visit one more often.

Hot short story. I always knew the library was one of my favorite places for a reason.

I'm gonna go with "Unf." I think that, ah, sums it up. Rather nicely, in fact.
