Embrace Me! Adoption and Foster Care is a nonprofit that has been contracted by the County of San Bernardino, Children and Family Services to find Resource Families and Resource Partners in Needles, California.
Resource Families are families interested in fostering or adopting.
The goal is to keep removed children in their own school and community to facilitate visitation with their family with the hope of reunification.
Resource Partners are individuals, churches, businesses or organizations who can partner with Embrace Me! Adoption and Foster Care to provide Welcome Baskets, Meal Trains, Clothing Drive, Birthday/Holiday Gifts, Spiritual and Professional Services.
Embrace Me! Adoption and Foster Care was founded by Isabel’s two teenage sons, Michael and Joseph, who were 14 and 15 years old, who won Community Hero for their Community Project in 2012.
Since that time, they have helped hundreds of families and children.
