Megan Chase
review 1: She will have to accept all of herself, including her past, if she is to move forward into the future.Dr. Megan Chase is a psychologist and leader of the Yezer Ha Ra, demons that are the source of human misery. Everyone has their own personal demon, even if they are not aware of it, except Megan. She accidentally killed hers when she was younger, binding it to a minor Legion of Hell. Now he is gone, but a small part of him remains in Megan from where he had previously possessed her. She connects to the personal demons through that part of demon inside of her.Greyson Dante is a demon. He is powerful, handsome, and is Megan's lover. He isn't one to really discuss his feelings, a paradox to Dr. Chase, but he makes up for it in the bedroom. He just wants to keep Megan s... moreafe and will do everything within his power to achieve it. Greyson is also the leader of his own demons and doesn't hesitate to use them to bodyguard Megan.Something, though, is exploding the persona demons and it is not limited to just Megan's. No one can figure out who or what is causing it to happen. Megan is also undergoing some new desires, like wanting to taste Dante's blood. Megan will have to find out the truth of her past if she is to be any help with the present situation. She doesn't want to lead the Yeszer Ha Ra's, but will have to take on the responsibility if she wants to have a future.DEMON INSIDE is charming, witty, and utterly imaginative! The passion between Megan and Greyson smolders with heat and the action packed pages had me up late into the night. Stacia Kane is original and exciting and I can't wait for more!
review 2: Still liking this series a lot. I am not sure what it is. The story line is nothing so special, nor is the world. I think what I like so much is the couple, their interaction. Sometimes in these paranormal series, the heroin is too hard, too independent. They constantly withhold so much info from the person they supposedly love, ie, they really don't trust them. And the boyfriends are just as bad, coming across as little more than male chauvinist pigs. But not this couple. Yes there is some of that, they each think about acting that way and then eventually give in and act like a real person would instead of a caricature. Can't wait for the final book now. I'm thinkin' I will wish there were more books in this series! less

I really struggled with this book - it lacked the oomph to keep my interest.
