review 1: This book is an introduction into the "7 Habits of Highly Effective People" and helps one understand how to implement the system in schools. This specific book doesn't give much information, but more just gives testimonials about the 7 Habits program and it's benefits. I was required to read this book before going to a three day training on the program. I would recommend the "7 Habits" book and I would recommend skipping this book. This book is fluff and just piques one's interest into the program itself.
review 2: Having read this book in 2009, led me me to a deep thought on how to implement the program in the school where I work. Then I asked my School Board to visit the nearest Leader in Me School which was mentioned in the book; Chua Chu Kang Primary Sc... morehool, Singapore. Here in Pelita Nusantara School, we try to have our kids to live and learn things by examples. Thus our teachers are not only teaching but also educating and coaching life skills; in other words: We Walk the Talk.
