review 1: This is book two of the Wolf Creek Pack. In this book, we meet Keeley and Reece. I really like Keeley and his feisty spirit. Just watch out for Keeley and cookie sheets. LOL I liked Reece because he is willing to stand by Keeley when others of his pack my not except him. Reece is out at the local bar prowling for the night. What he doesn't expect, is Keeley. Reece has never been attractive towards a man until that night. Keeley is a shorter attractive man that comes into the bar. Reece notices a creepy man follow Keeley into the bathroom. Reece can't explain it himself, but the moment he set his eyes on him, he felt the need to protect him. He ends up not just saving Keeley, but he claiming him as his mate. Not sure who is more surprised, Keeley or Reece. Keele... morey, has no idea what just happened. He walked into the bathroom, be attacked by not one but two guys. But guy number two is very attractive. He ends up being 'kidnapped' and taken home with Reece. In fact, before they even get home, they end up hooking up. Reece is the alpha of his pack and he knows that not all his pack will be happy that his mate is a male, but he won't give up Keeley for anything or anyone. Luckily his right hand man Devlin is very supportive of his new feisty mate. When Reece finally tells Keeley what he is and that they are mated, he is surprised by Keeley's reaction. But just as they figure out there new relationship and what being mated means, trouble is on the horizon. They find out that there are traitors close by and want Keeley out of the picture. Just how far will Reece go to protect not just Keeley but his pack also.
review 2: typical stormy glenn romance. nothing fantastic, nothing so bad it can't be finished. what is typical stormy glenn? imagine a shorter harlequin romance but with no t&a (see, i was going to write no surprise pregnancies, but... yeah.). laziness dictates i will use this as my template for all books by the following authors unless a book is remarkably good/bad :stormy glennlynn hagenscarlet hyacinthjoyee flynncarol lynnegabrielle evans less
