review 1: I only give it four stars because I am so heartbroken after finishing. Susan writes such an honest simple testimony of watching a loved one deteriorate and the feeling of separation and grief during and following a fatal illness. She confronts the depths of this narrator's story, and paints a intricate picture of what is like to slowly relax into a new home. Be prepared to be left with a weight on your chest after you finish this book.
