review 1: Being a lifelong dog lover, recently having lost our companion of 10 years, I was touched by Susan Wilson's tender tale of two fighters, a man and his dog. "One Good Dog" is an easy, flowing read depicting the abuse of pit bulls and the life struggles of man with interesting twists and turns throughout, even to the final chapter. Fortunately the story ends well and left me with a warmth and remembrances of my many four legged companions. I highly recommend "One Good Dog" to all pet lovers.

He is truly a broken man with lots of baggage from his childhood.
