review 1: This book surprised me again. I'm glad Marcus and Ben got their fairy tale ending. I also found out there are other books featuring Chance, Wick, and Zachary written by other authors. I'll definitely have to read those.My only question is this: In book 2 Jeremiah went missing but I don't know if it was explained how he was found. Or did I miss something? Do I get the answer to that question in another book by one of the other authors?
review 2: 4.5 stars--The final book in this trilogy wrapped everything up in a nice little package. All the rough edges were smoothed out and everyone--main and secondary characters alike--were settled. Part of the focus of this last book was on Marcus' three best friends--could this be setting us up for additional serials?? Altho... moreugh I thoroughly enjoyed this trio, the price is a bit hefty for what was well under a 3 hour read. Am I sorry I indulged on this set??--No, but I'm not sure I'd do it again for an equally as quick read.If you have $9 to spend on a 2.5 hour read, this one is fun with an equal number of steamy and anxious moments--lots of friendship, passion and true love. less
