review 1: My God!! This was one of the most frustrating books I've ever read. The main couple was so annoying and insecure. The first 50 pages were good. The rest, sorry but it's true, was shit. Erin was so selfish, snobby, mean and a huge bitch. Loch was a little better but not much. Big insecurities just like Erin. How many times did Erin move out. Like five thousand!! The only one I liked was Alex, Gerry, and the professor. This was my first Tara Brown book and by the looks of it I will be hesitant to pick up another book of hers. 1.80 stars.
review 2: I wanted a change from all my biker books. Since I've been reading almost none stop. So I guess this one was a good pick.I can't say I loved it or really liked it. It was an ok book for me. I enjoyed it though.So we hav... moree Erin, she moved to Boston to finish up her masters. She is the typicall girl with her whole life planned.Then we have Lochlan, ex participant of a singing competition show and current new member of a hot band in Boston.When Erin stepts in to her new apartment it's everything she ever imagined, so she even thinks something so beutiful couldn't be real. Of course she is right, she meets Lochlan for the first when he is fooling around with one random waitress.So, this story is a going back and forth all the way to the end. So obviously Erin falls for Lochlan and Lochlan for Erin. Erin can't handle Lochlan's life, she likes quiet and with Lochlan quiet doesn't come near. But Lochland loves how he feels when he is with Erin alone. So every time Erin tries to run (and believe me she tries a tons of times, literally), he goes after her.At some point i did kind of got really annoyed. Really she ran every time she could. Seriously she needed some self-esteem classes or something. I would've sent everything to hell if i ever found a guy like her. I mean I give Lochlan prompts for putting up with her. And then when he finally kicked her to the curb and she needed to fight for him she just left!!! Seriously!!!Anyway, Lochlan was a sweety even with all his issues. less
