review 1: I wanted so bad to like this story. So bad.It had the perfect title.MC had the perfect name. But the characters were not the least bit likeable to me, the plot was so crazy convoluted that it made me want to pull my hair out and there was just way too much packed into one novel that wasn't dealt with properly. This was the most frustrating read ever. It got sort of better towards the end but really I just couldn't tolerate it at all.
review 2: Now I love Tara Brown's writing, but this a whole new level of love for Tara. Only she could bring a story like this to life with such vibrant and entertaining characters. Seriously my new favorite from Tara Brown.Finley is absolutely hysterical. Her vocabulary is like a whole new language that will have you in hysterics mos
... moret of the time. Although she does have a sad up bringing. It's those memories that have tainted any posibility of love for her. Then after a night of partying, she is sent away. Apparently winding up in the hospital is not something you dad is likely to forgive so quick, especially after just being caught shoplifting. That forced exile will forever change Finley's future. She meets Aiden at the place where she is forced to work. Mind you Finley has never worked an honest day in her life. That's just not what rich white girls do. Aiden is Finley's polar opposite. Where she is fun loving and care free, he is bound to a life that forces him to be serious and forever moral acting.Through deceptions, cultural differances, and family that is more disruptive than anything, Aiden and Finley try to let their relationship grow. Finely however needs to learn how to let love in. For if she doesn't that one person that feels like he was truly meant for her will be lost forever.A definite must read by the fabulous Tara Brown. less
