review 1: This book was really pretty good, I thought that the actions we're going to slow for my liking but I still read it in two days! wow! what I didn't realize until the book ended was that actually the book's rhythm was actually pretty fast but it was all little details that put together created the picture, it was a really nice twist the part about Anette! and I really liked the person-analyzing of Hennings through-out the story, it was really good for him not put the picture face down, again. But I was really annoyed that it had another part that I'm dying to read, don't get me wrong, but that's about the fourth book I bought that has a sequel that I can't find! which is pretty disappointing! :/
review 2: This is a Norwegian murder mystery that introduces the cha
... moreracter of Henning Juul (a crime news investigator). The major plot involves the murder of a college student which has been set up to appear as a Muslim stoning. There are several other aspects to the story that fill the book such as the gangs in Norway, police procedures, and Juul's background. The writing definitely had a European feel and was a nice change of pace. less

What an excellent read. Great characters and story line. One that you have trouble putting down.
