review 1: After reading 12 pages of Baseball Great by Tim Green, I chose to not read it for my second book report. I chose to not read it for my book report because I had already read a sports book for my other report. Another reason I chose to notread this book was because Josh gets picked on a lot and he moves a lot too. Lastly, I thought that this sounds like a good book because of the actions and drama. Because of these reasons, I rated the book 4 stars. However, this could change if I were to read the book in its entirety.
review 2: I would recommend this book to baseball players everywhere that could relate to those heated practices and hard work outs. Even if you don’t play baseball this is a good lesson for readers everywhere about how if you work hard ... moreenough you don’t need to use drugs or illegal substances to get better. This book shows how much kids are dedicated to their sports to get better by working every day in rough conditions and long hours. If you are a sports fan you definitely need to read this book about how much fun these kids have and how they solve their difficult problems. less
