review 1: I thought that this was an awesome book. It is one of the best books i have read because it shows the feelings of a guy named Troy. He goes to a new school in a new state and the football team won only 4 games in 7 years. He is really mad that he can't go to a football powerhouse school called St. Stephens. He asks former( not really former because he doesn't play in the NFL in real life) Atlanta football linebacker, named Seth to coach the team. Pretty soon they go and dominate all the other teams in the league and they have a perfect season. However, Troy has other problems: he is hired by the New york Jets for his Genius and he loses it. All that to say it is an awesome book!
review 2: I read the book Perfect Season by Tim Green. The book was about a boy nam... moreed Troy moving to New Jersey from Atlanta with his family and his cousins. The problem is that Troy was supposed to go to a school named St.Stephens with his cousin Ty, but his dad took all their money and ran off. Troy later finds out that they don't have enough money to go to St.Stephens. Troy meets a kid named Chuku who was going to go to St.Stephens but decides to go to a school named Summit with Troy. Although, Ty ends up going to St.Stephens. Troy, Ty, and Chuku all like football and all end up playing at their school, although there is one problem, Summit hasn't had a winning season in over 20 years. Troy and Chuku end up trying to turn that around. This was honestly one of my favorite books I've ever read. It had a lot of exciting events and a lot of things that made me keep reading to find out what was going to happen. It also had a lot of funny things that I liked. I would recommend this book to anybody who enjoys football, likes books with a lot of action, and anybody who can't wait to read the next part in the book. less
