review 1: By far one of my favourite books of all time. It just helps that it's also written by two members of my favourite band of all time!I love these rhyming stories, so much. It just reminds me of The Gruffalo. But the storyline for this one is just fantastic. I have dad it multiples of times just for myself and loads of times to children I work with. Every single one of them loves this book.In fact, I'm gonna read it again right now :')
review 2: Truth be told: I don’t remember the last time I read a picture book. I seriously don’t and maybe that’s because I’m an adult now and, therefore, look for different things when picking up a new book; but since given the opportunity of reading The Dinosaur that Pooped a Planet!, I must admit that, intrigued by the ti... moretle and possible content, it was impossible for me to skip this read. And let me tell you—this is one hell of a fun, creative and up most amazing book and one series that I’ll make sure to continue to follow! Despite being quite a simple and short story this is one dynamic, witty and eye-catching book that will most certainly amuse both kids and grown-ups—like me! McFly’s Tom Fletcher and Dougie Poynter have a unique sense of rhythm and are incredibly gifted when it comes to the use of the written word, and alongside the fantastic and original illustrations (by Garry Parsons), this is, without a single doubt, the right mixture of ingredients to result in a huge success. I haven’t yet read The Dinosaur that Pooped Christmas, which is the first book, but I can honestly say that I’m really hoping to do that soon. It is a quick read for us adults but one seriously funny and hilarious one, too. I had the best time possible while reading this book, and it seriously made my day—I laughed, I smiled and I wish there were more pages to it. And now… now I just want more! less
