review 1: The first part of the book contains much of the information in his earlier book, "Wheat Belly" with wheat/gluten-free recipes in the rest of the book. The information in the first part is a real mind-blower about GMO'd wheat and corn. You'll never want to eat wheat or corn again when you learn about how it's been engineered with no long-term research on health consequences--it's all for the manufactures' bottom line at the expense of our health. The recipes are easy and really, really tasty. I thought this book was the best of both worlds with the information about wheat and corn crops as well as wheat-free/gluten-free recipes.
