review 1: "Three, Four..." is the 2nd book in the Rebekka Franck series by Willow Rose. I definitely agree with a lot of other readers that there were a lot of grammatical errors throughout the book, which could have been prevented with a better translated. Although I found both of her books easy, quick reads with some gruesome murders, the negative portrayal of people in Denmark, especially the police detectives, started to annoy me in this book. Also, the mystery was pretty easy to figure out (and I'm unusually bad and identifying 'whodunit'.) However, I admit, it was a book I couldn't put down... once I started reading it, I was hooked. Willow Rose does a great job of drawing the reader into the mystery and characters. Overall, I would say this one was so-so (3 stars), but will p... morerobably read the next one since they are quick fun reads.
review 2: This is the second book in the Rebekka Franck series. The story was good but the grammatical errors were everywhere. The one issue I have is that Ms. Rose writes about the worst in people from Denmark. There are a few good people but, for the most part, there is a lot of physical, psychological and sexual abuse of adults and children. Another reviewer wrote, "P.S. she really portrays Denmark as Sodom & Gomorrah." I agree. I'll still recommend this book for those who enjoy mysteries with an edge. I will say that the killer was a little obvious in this one but still worth reading. less

Not nearly as good as her first book. Very predictable.
GeeGee
Quick read but pretty easy to figure out early on.
