Black Butler
review 1: This volume has some really twisted arcs and characters making it a bit disturbing. Our two heroes get closer to the dark truth about the missing children. We meet up with the person behind the mystery and he is truly twisted beyond belief. Has Ciel Phantomhive taken on more than he can handle when he followed the Queen's orders to resolve the case of the missing children?Sebastian has a lot to handle in this volume: a grim reaper determined to hamper the Butler's efforts, a sick child, a circus that might be harboring a dangerous secret or two, and the need to obey his young master's orders. He is a demon, though, and demons have lots of talents up their sleeves. This was not my favorite volume of the series up to this point. I'm not sure what it was, exactly, but it didn'... moret grab me as the last few volumes have, so, maybe a 3 1/2 star rating instead of the 4 to 4 1/2 star rating I'd give the others.
review 2: Wow, the Baron is the creepiest character I have read so far in Black Butler. The story is getting too dark, although I liked the true story behind Ciel's servants (no one is what they say in this manga)Oh, and a negative side on this volume... Sebastian having sex with the Beast? WTF? Even if it did not show anything, and it was made by purely selfish reasons, it was implicit... ergo, disturbing (Sebastian having SEX!)... Gods have feet of clay, sadly... I am not able to see Sebastian the same way :( less

So dark and horrific...hard to put a rating on it because it was very well done.

I love the Noah's Arc Circus and having Ciel and Sebastian go undercover!
