review 1: This short story was great. I'm hoping that the rest of the series will stand up. Darwin has had the serious hots for Peter since he was 14. Peter loves Darwin but is saving himself for the perfect first time. The story is written from Darwin's POV and that totally makes the story. Darwin will do anything for Peter though his insatiable dick often does the thinking which makes for complications. Bravo Ms Wilder.
review 2: This book I felt was way too short and the characters way too shallow. Darwin pretty much self destructs and sabotages his whole life because his best friend isn't really to be in a relationship with him? I found this very hard to believe and I found Darwin a pretty unsympathetic character. I understand that this is a series but each boo... morek should actually wrap up it's own story before moving on and this book just stopped. I think the world created was interesting and just needed to be developed more. less
