review 1: Tims' parents never believe him when he tells them that a squid stole his backpack, or a ninja ate the last piece of cake. Tim finally decides to just own up to the misdeeds even though he really didn't do them. While he is watering the vegetable garden, his punishment for actions he didn't commit, he comes up with an idea. He sends a party invitation to all of the characters that have committed misdeeds. When the characters show up the next day, his parents suddenly understand that they have been very wrong and punished the correct individuals. I'm not sure if I really like this one or not.

... moreassic. Nope. There really is a cake stealing ninja. But my son loves it. He laughs and laughs at each absurd scenario. He finds the pencil-throwing, underpants-wearing monkey hilarious. He seems to feel a great sense of justice when the boy is vindicated and all the troublesome guests are punished with chores. And then who doesn't like a cake-filled ending? less
