review 1: Nu este cea mai reusita carte a acestei serii.Nu pot spune cu certitudine ce-i lipseste,dar pe tot parcursul cartii, am trait cu aceasta impresie ca ceva lipseste.Poveste in sine este una interesanta ,dar dupa parerea mea a lipsit cu desavarsire romantismul.Momentele de suspans si de actiune au fost prezente ,dar nu au fost suficient de importante incat sa-mi schimbe perere despre aceasta carte.Acord doar trei stele cu indulgenta,pentru ca stiu cu certitudine ca se putea si mai bine.Rareori se intampla sa fiu dezamagita de o carte scrisa da Amanda Quick.De regula nu prea se intampla ,dar pana la urma regulile sunt facute pentu a fi incalcate(cel putin asa se spune).

H... moreer father was poisoned as well as her fiance and she has hired Caleb Jones, a private detective, to prove that she is not the guilty party. They begin to uncover a dangerous group of poisoners who are bent on blaming Lucinda for their crimes. This was an excellent book. The characters grab you in the beginning and you care about what happens to them. Very well done! less
