review 1: The thought that anybody in their right mind would exchange lives with somebody to the point of giving them your passwords and keys to your house is ridiculous. Add on to this that this woman is a solicitor and therefore you would assume an intelligent woman makes the plot even more ridiculous. I really should have knocked another star off. I did however really enjoy the book. I did guess the ending though although not all the detail. I am unsure whether or not to give any more of her books a try.
review 2: I picked this book to read for the book club this month because to me it was the best sounding of a set of books that I really didn't fancy at all. And I was not surprised to find that I didn't really enjoy it and found myself scanning rather than really re... moreading huge portions. It just didn't seem believable that an intelligent, professional woman could be so naive and gullible and I wanted to get hold of Kate and give her a good shaking! I don't find the story line particularly entertaining and to be honest was glad when I came to the end. Perhaps it's just not my style and other people found more in it than I did.....I hope so. less
