review 1: I guess it would have helped reading the subtitle of this book, so that I wasn't as disappointed in the ending. Now I'm only slightly less so. It's great to believe, but there's not much resolution here. Not for me. I know that seeing isn't believing, but belief usually brings something. I don't know. The book had me smiling and so excited to share in storytime, but then the ending just falls very flat for me. Perhaps I can think of of a way to work it in. Will take thought.
review 2: This is a book about a unicorn named Uni. How original. Which leaves readers wondering what the other unicorns are named. Uni is just like all the other unicorns except that he believes little girls are real.Not far away lives a little girl who believes that unicorns are real. Wil... morel these two ever meet and slide down rainbows together?What drives me crazy is that this book is so geared towards girls. I know a few boys who love unicorns as well. less
