review 1: I loved the beginning of this book. I was a little skeptical with the first few pages being descriptions of "the one" without knowing the context but I quickly got wrapped up in Bo and Ember's love story. The music contained in this book was beautiful. The fact that Ember and Bo seemed to love through their music was different and refreshing and wonderful and it made me happy. That being said, the big bang felt like it was grasping for straws. The dissolving of their relationship was because of that? Really? Because when you talk about loving someone for a thousand lifetimes, that clearly means he's using you as an insurance policy. Pull your head out of your butt Ember! I turned the page and ran into the next book (reading in the box set "Kiss Kiss") and I was stunned. I... moret was such a random and quick ending and I wasn't expecting it. It disappointed me a bit. From what I've read of the second book, it's more about Adrian and Ember and Ember suffering from her broken heart. I don't think I'd be interested in that. Considering the dedication to Ten Days of Perfect goes something like "Dedicated to those that have found their soul-mates and to the ones lucky enough to realize it." I'm not interested in watching Ember give Adrian the run-around and deal with the residual comfort she feels for him and avoiding the soul-mate status of Bo. :( My emotions just can't sort this book for some reason.
review 2: Andrea Randall……I bow down to you!! Ten Days of Perfect was amazing! Ok before I go off and completely fangirl, here I go. Bo and Ember meet in the most perfect way imaginable and continue on their journey of music and love until......THINGS HAPPEN!! Regardless of the ending, which I got to say saddened me a little bit, the rest of the book was amazing!! The actual love story did seem to occur relatively quickly however even the characters acknowledge the fact that everything was fast, which I honestly have not seen before. This is a must read for anyone looking to discover a new series and a fantastic author!! less

2.5-3The writing was good, but some of the dialogue was so cheesy, I skimmed through it.
