review 1: I try to give this book a chance but this was extremely boring. Nothing about this book was interesting, from the initial pages to the last page I stopped reading. I should really trust my instincts, I for lost patience with the undefined plot and how forgettable all the characters were. I just could not take this book seriously, it just was not my cup of tea. Sadly this is the last book I will read from Gross, it was far from thrilling or electrifying as the critics say.
