review 1: If you've never thought about how rich you are or had any kind of awareness about it and its role in your relationship with God, this is probably the book for you. It discusses riches and how they can separate you from God. review 2: I found the book challenging in the sense that it pushes back on the idea that having more is necessary to be prosperous. Where the book falls short, in my mind, is that it advocates exchanging ever increasing greed for ever increasing generosity. So, you are strongly encouraged to shift from one off-balance position to another off-bal... moreance position. A good quick read, but incomplete in perspective -- also includes a video series for group study. less
