All her friends are married and she's alone. Trying to forget a tragic past. She meets a handsome stranger and shares a wonderful and exciting night with him.Angela, who is fast approaching thirty-five, with no baby in the nursery. Has spent the last eight years in infertility treatments which strained her marriage. Her husband wants to move on and enjoy life while Angela wants to spend the last of their money on one more try. She gets mugged while on an errand and she suddenly finds herself heading in a new direction as she discovers a way to become a mother after all.Carole is celebrating her fortieth birthday and feeling alone and lonely in a crowded room. Having grown up poor, she worked hard to get ahead, but when her kids bail on her birthday, and she discovers her husband with another woman, she realizes that she may have nothing at all.
