review 1: i'm actually not 100% sure how this book got on my kindle...i must've bought it on amazon's daily deal....anyway...it was ok. In all honesty...i did skim the last couple of chapters as it tended to go on and on and on...it just kept going on....i did finish it but the ending was one of the dumbest cliff hangers i have ever read...there's a second book but i'm not even going to bother!it had one or two enjoyable moments.....but really, pretty meh.....
review 2: -free copy provided via netgalley and the publisher for an honest review-2 You get what you deserve Stars This is the first publisher who has ever auto approved me so I feel special This is also the first book I have read that was not initially written in English. As you can easily see the author is Ger
... moreman herself. This cover is so prettyThis is also the first book where I realized 444 pages for a book (that has a sequel) …is unbearably long. It is available for 5 dollars on kindle right now. This is the first time I have completly disagreed with the overall book rating... frankly it just wasnt for me!Our main character was in love once her very first love in high school queue 7 years later and you find a girl that is intense.. the walls she has built around her heart are rock solid and I think any broken hearted person can really feel for her (Emely) Her high school love was not one you see in movies it was a very intense love affair that was one sided (Elyas) never loved her. Emely is quite hard to like the way she has built her self up to prevent heartbreak. Her mental attitude keeps reading as a teenager not someone who has left school after 7 years. Frankly speaking…shes a bitch. Elyas walks back into Emely’s life after 7 years (technically since Emely moved in with her friend in Berlin…she walked back into his life)and Emely is once again immediately pulled into Elyas world.. but shes also online talking to a boy name Luca that she has never met ( there are bits and pieces of emails ).. do you choose a love you knew or a love you want to know or are the two the same? I really feel like the mystical Luca was meant to be a really big plot twist but if you focus on the emails…you immediately discover who he is. At the end of the book… Emely got exactly what she deserved… FINALLY. less
