review 1: I really enjoyed how the concept of "the changeling" was woven throughout the story. There was also a magical quality to the setting, giving the story a fairy tale feel. However, several of the teen characters made me want to tie my own tubes, and the number of plot twists at the end felt like several book endings smashed into one - and several of them were obvious to the reader well before the protagonist, making the progression somewhat painful. It was fun and quick, but it feels like it could have been cleaned up and tweaked into something much better.

I saw the ending a mile away, but have to say that I looked forward to sitting down with it and reading, which hasn’t been happening for me a lot lately. Sometimes the familiar is exactly what you need. less

Great book. Kept me totally absorbed in the storyline. Absolutely loved it. Would highly recommend.
