review 1: I did enjoy this series since I am a sucker for any vampire novel. Some are better than others, this series was at least a fast read and not unenjoyably. However, the ending was lack luster for me. It seemed the series went on and on and then abruptly stopped with a very non believable ending. I guess that it why it is fiction, but sometimes endings tied up in a pretty little bow just are not my thing.
review 2: An ending I wasn't expecting. I know this is what makes it different then other series but I didn't get the closure I wanted .. I hope that means there is a continuation of the series I really do hope so because I need the closure. I know other characters are going to have their own book but I didn't like that Molly is back with questions about cer .. I... moret does not sound good .. It scares me because I'm attached to the characters I want Lucas as a vampire and val an empath. But I want them happy. I feel like I'm not going to see that. Ugh overall it was a good series it had me hooked bc the storyline was good ... There was times where I had to say "you could've done this why didn't you just do it " less
