review 1: Two damaged people who find healing with the help of each other. Millie, a sensitive who was taken captive and horribly abused. So badly that she could not be in the presence of any male. But one male, Wyatt her powers had no effect on. He himself was abused as a child so he too had his issues. I really enjoyed this story. The love scenes are HOT. I hope this is not the last in the series and that there is another book with Grayson's story.
review 2: Always enjoy Celia Kyle. She can take a serious dangerous situation that affects a female (shifter) and spin it as a love story as well. Wyatt (who has been seen in many of the Ridgeville series books) and Millie are a damaged couple, him from his family and her from those crazy shifters who keep kidnapping an... mored hurting shifter females. Love Wyatt - he is going to protect Millie, no matter what. And Maya is a hoot, as usual, but she plays an important role as the female Alpha (or Prima) because she gets even the Alpha to understand that Millie just needs help because of her damage, rather than giving up on her because of her latent danger. less
