Charles Lenox Mysteries
review 1: In this outing, Charles runs for Parliament while dealing with relationship trouble. (will he and Jane marry or not). The murder of two journalists require his constant travel between London and Stirrington. How these murders affect his life and the lives of his friends make for interesting reading. I mentioned before that Charles Lennox is rather Holmesian and in this book he must deal with his own Moriarty...
review 2: Enjoyed for a fun light mystery. This is the third in the Charles Lenox series. It is set in England in the late 1800s, a period that seems interesting to a lot of mystery writers these days. The plot was unusual and had me puzzled most of the way. This one of the series had the extra excitement of Charles standing for election to Parliament
... more in a town he had never visited. This makes for the added fun of trying to understand British politics. Good two evening entertainment. less
