review 1: Rated this book 5 stars because there were so adventures of the words that are written. I really liked the fact that (most) of the characters didn't just give up-they continued their journey through hard times, grief, and pain. Jack is really a good guy throughout the series but I liked the fact that the author wrote the book so magically that I thought I was seeing everything in front of me. I truly had felt the main character (Jack) in this book and with the rest of characters in the book and throughout the series. I really loved this book! Enjoy it!
review 2: Chris Bradford did it again with The Way of the Sword. Much like the first book, the character development is strong, historically accurate facts laced throughout give it a real relatable sense, and th
... moree plot is tight like a slipknot. In this installment, Jack continues training to be a samurai while also hiding his father's rutter. Some bumps along the way create a final battle sequence of epic proportions. I highly recommend this book for those who enjoyed the first book or for someone looking for a good read with lots of facts about Japanese history. less
