review 1: I really had so much fun with this book. From the beginning of the first few chapters I was hooked and if you plan to start it, make sure to plan ahead because I sat down in one read! The build-up of it all was amazing. The plot was solid and not confusing, though there were some parts I was left with some questions, they were quickly answered. At first I was all "another annoying love triangle..." but it was actually far from that! There were points I was even like "Ahhh, what do I even ship anymore?" The reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because there were points where Miranda was really starting to annoy me just talking about Peter. Yes, I do ship it. Yes, I absolutely love Peter (I actually see a lot of Tobias from Divergent in him) but there were points that seemed l... moreike she felt everything revolved around him and it became a bit melodramatic and dragged. But that doesn't mean that this little thing ruined the book, no way! So great, so thrilling and fun. Can't wait to buy the next book :3
review 2: I did not see the whole part about Miranda not being the original Miranda in the Alpha team, it was hard for me to realize that memories from the original one got placed into her, and into Sequel. I am happy that Rhys was nice to them and did not kill them like he did to his team. I wish that Noah would get over the fact that she does not like him anymore just because she did before her memories were transferred over to the new Miranda, she is perfect for Peter he just has to accept that. If only Olive was able to be together with Noah and not die. less
