review 1: The Kollin brothers continue to amaze with their epic space battles between the UHF and the Alliance. Respectivly directed by Admirals Trang and Black the back ground planning, scheming and outsmarting is intriqueing. Add to that, Sandra O'Toole the unincorporated woman and puppet president of the Alliance who has plans of her own, and you have a highly entertaining mega thriller.Book 3 of a 4 book (so far) series I can't wait to start reading book 4 - "The Unincorporated Future"Be sure to check out the whole series
review 2: Third "Unincorporated" continues the war between corrupt Corporate Earth/Mars civilization and the more loosey-goosey asteroid/outer planet culture. As the titular woman took almost a quarter of the book to get unfrozen and on track this s... moreeemed slow to start, and the space battles have ships stopping, turning around and like howlers. Still, it's a grand space opera with great characters---and Sandra's encounter with the Avatars in Chapter 6 is alone worth the price of admission...one of the finest moments in any SF I have ever read. less
