review 1: This is one of the best books I have read in a long time. It brings together so many tools that lead to inner healing and healthy relationship dynamics. Danny displays them on the canvas of his heart and so deftly makes them practical for all to learn and use. I would recommend this book as a definite must have for both people needing relational tools and for those who are working with couples in marriage counseling. You can't teach what you don't know, and Danny has lived out these tools in his own marriage and life. Definite 5 star!
review 2: It is such a helpful book in that I was challenged and helped to view my relationships differently and to love others in a godly way. To be honest in expressing my feelings, faults, etc. I'm learning to truly be "me"
... more and not worry about what someone else may think of me. This book gives examples and guidelines for healthy boundaries that make for healthy relationships. I have to first love myself before I can effectively love others, and learn to think of myself as God does. Awesome book -- I highly recommend it! less
