review 1: Witches Under Way is the continuation of Lizard and Elsie's journeys of growth. In the last book, the student witches learned to bond with their community, but in this book they bond with each other. Their growing friendship and trust show fairly realistic view on how two people who hate each other on site can can form a relationship more meaningful than those shared by blood. I loved the first book in this series, but in a way, this one was even better.
review 2: Lovely addition to a lovely series.I keep waiting to get tired of these, but so far I am still in love.It seems as if nothing is happening, but oh, so very much is.Elsie and Lizard are continuing their journey to self-knowledge and it is a fun journey to travel with them. These books are just as "
... moreclean" as all the others. And yeah, the willing suspension of disbelief is fully engaged. But hey, it is a book about a town of witches and NICE people. Mayberry and Bewitched combined. There were a few more typos/editing issues in this than I am used to. But I don't remember ever finding one before and I think there were four or five in this one. Nothing to take you out of the story at all. less

The best part of this book, hands down was Lizzard's poem. It may be one of my favorite poems ever.
