review 1: Skye Denison school psychologist is already in a state of indecision over her boyfriend Wally,s marriage proposal when reluctantly she agrees to be maid of honor in her California cousins platinum style wedding. Whats more she,s also expected to help the control freak wedding planner which means she has to be available twenty four -seven to help. There goes her summer break. Then Skye finds the wedding planner lying not so flawlessly dead less than a week before the wedding. Suddenly Skye is working double duty making sure every elaborate detail is met for the wedding and helping the police figure out who hated the bossy Bridal Consultant enough to smash her on the head. Can Skye get her cousin to the church on time- and save herself from a killer who just maybe one of th... moree wedding guests?fantastic fun read.
review 2: Skye learns that her cousin Riley wants to have her "wedding of the century" in Scumble River, things are okey until she learns that she is expected to help a wedding planner with a narcissist attitude. When Skye finds the Snobby wedding planner Belle dead in a flower trailer. Skyes irritating family talk/bully her into taking over as the planner. Skye and Wally are in the thick of things.. The Dooziers help out also and everything turns funny in the end. I did find it odd that Riley who is usually so self centered, turned out nice in the end when her wedding is wreaked and it does not turn out Fairy tale perfect.I am just HAD it with Skyes mother being the pushy, nosy mother.. I wish Skye would tell her to sod off. less
