review 1: Surprise surprise... I liked this book, the first one in this series I didn't skip through. Okay, it was full of angst, but in my opinion way better than the stupid dialogues in the previous books. I really liked that, for the first time, there was tension between the h/h although, sadly, miss Grant seems to need there to be this instant live connection upon the first touch aswell. So the hero loves her before he hates her which means he never really hated her. I would have liked it better if he had learned to love her without that physical atraction. That would have been some story. And ofcourse the heroin is stunning, has an amazing body, gorgeous face etc etc. That is getting a bit boring. But for the first time I liked a book in this series for more than the fantasy wo... morerld itself. So i'll be coming back for more.
review 2: o 4ºlivro da serie dark swords é sobre o hayden um warrior de pele vermelha que controla o fogo e que odeia todos os droughs porque um deles matou a familia dele, e sobre a isla uma drough que foi obrigada a servir a dreide para tentar salvar a mae e a irma. claro que eles se encontram, tudo porque o hayden decide salva-la da montanha onde aconteceu o ataque a dreide no ultimo livro.quando ele descobre quem ela é e o que é já é tarde demais, a atraçao e a vontade de a proteger ja esta la. o livro como todos os outros é muito bom, tive um bocado de dificuldade em perceber porque o hayden luta tanto contra aquilo que sente, afinal nao e porque uma pessoa de uma "raça" é ma e faz uma coisa ma que todas as outras o sao, mas no fim acabou por perceber isso mesmo e a historia deles é bem bonita. em relaçao a dreide, caramba nao estava a espera dessa e agora tou pra ver como eles resolvem as coisas, o proximo livro dele ser bem interresante tambem, e deve ter a ver com o galen e o artefacto que ele foi tentar encontrar. less
