review 1: The first book is amazingly good. I actually bought the first book and was so impressed I had to purchase the entire series. The last book is cute but not as good as the first book in the series. I mostly like it because I am already invested in the characters from the first book. But it was still a pleasant read. 5 stars for the first book and 3.5 stars for the last book. The middle book is more of a pamphlet interlude which joins the other 2 books. It was very intriguing but I can't rate it as a regular. On the whole, I would definitely recommend this book.
review 2: Finally I've finished. This is a sweet book but so boring! The premise is nothing knew and I was well aware of it going into it but I didn't think it would drag out like this...it was utterly
... moreboring. The reason that Lexy was mad at Alec and Jen at Sam were so STUPID! I mean really...the author should have thought of something more original or more interesting. I've been busy and haven't really had time to read but when it's a good book, I MAKE the time to read... I'll willingly roll into work as a zombie from lack of sleep and run on fumes of caffeine if that's what it takes but this book was really a bore. I willingly put it off and just stopped reading whenever something came up because really, it's just stale and bland. less
