review 1: Quickie series review:Let me say, this isn't really that great of a series. It's no dramatic space opera, and it won't win any awards. However, the whole thing is so campy and humorous, I couldn't NOT enjoy it. I think the stories actually got better as the series went on, which is often not the case.If you're looking for something fun, quick, and sexy, these are definitely the novellas for you. If you want serious with highly developed plot lines, go elsewhere.
review 2: Boy was Makl cocky. Fun as hell but so full of himself and his quest to be the best mercenary. Not that I'm really complaining about him trying to surpass his cousins...sure made for an awesome and entertaining trip across the stars with Olivia. And her thieving? And being adopted niece of... more the god Murphy? Even more entertaining. Sure guaranteed an avalanche of chaos and destruction with sex and laughter thrown in. And finally someone shut up Megan's son! Yay! less
