review 1: In "A Murder of Crows", Wonder Woman deals with the children of Ares with the help of Power Girl. I've always liked the way Gail Simone lets Diana interact with other meta-humans and this time is no exception. Power Girl adds spice to the story and is a nice contrast to Wonder Woman. It's also nice to have Achilles working with Diana for the entire book this time around."Wrath of the Silver Serpent" Diana goes up against her aunt who's trying to harvest Earth's inhabitants and faces off against her cousin in the arena. She bests them all in true Wonder Woman style, and when the cavalry arrives it sure is a glorious entrance. A fine ending to a great run.
review 2: My nine year old daughter is going on a bit of a Wonder Woman kick at the moment so we ended up ge
... moretting this. She loved it and had a glowing recommendation for me.I enjoyed it but it didn't grab me. It's a fun superhero read and the character of Wonder Woman under Gail Simone is interesting. It oddly reminds me of current Doctors in Doctor Who that go out of there way to save _everyone_ even the really bad guys. less

Easily the weakest of Gail Simone's "Wonder Woman" books, and it's still pretty dern good.

Generally really liked Gail Simone's run, but this volume was a little all over the place.
