review 1: I have to say, it took me a while to get into this, because I wasn't a huge fan of Evie at the start of the book, but it gradually became one of my favourite dystopian books. At first, Evie seems a little boring and monotonous, with the same thoughts running through her brain all the time, but I realised early on that the reason she is like this is because that is what, in this society, people are supposed to be like. In fact, they are supposed to be even worse than Evie: Evie is considered dangerous because she thinks too much.I absolutely loved Lucas, he is my favourite character and, most of the time, I just want to hug him because he just gets rejected and it's horrible because he's actually so nice. I don't like Raffy, he's an overprotective idiot (even more so in The... more Disappearances, book 2). But overall this is an amazing book and series and I really highly recommend it!
review 2: MINOR SPOILERS (of things that you actually see coming..)Ok so that book wasn't THAT bad. But there's one thing that's bugging me a lot : I just couldn't help thinking about Delirium. This whole thing about no love in the City, the escape in the forest, rescued by people who want to destroy the government... Am I the only who saw that ?Anyway, the book was nice, but definitely not the kind of book that can keep me awake at night. 2,5 stars actually. less
